Ryan Reynolds reads as GAY to me so I'd find it hard to get interested in him as a rom com hero. And that makes me think of My Best Friend's Wedding and beautiful Rupert Everett singing Say a Little Prayer. Sigh.

I really liked The Hangover, too. I expected Porky's, but I laughed, hard, and found a lot of nuance in the madness. And I liked the madness. I also am now madly, MADLY, in love with Zach Galifianakis.

I saw both of these - The Proposal was not horrible. You're exactly right about the Muppet-ness of Ryan Reynolds.

And I really liked The Hangover. Didn't expect to, but I did. "I was a wolf pack of one...."
